With a B.S. in Engineering from Stanford and an MBA from Chicago Booth, Israel brings a rare combination: the technical expertise to build sophisticated AI solutions and the strategic lens to ensure they deliver measurable business value.

Neza AI takes its name from Nezahualcoyotl (1402–1472), the poet-king of Texcoco — a ruler, philosopher, and engineer whose infrastructure projects transformed the Valley of Mexico. He designed the great dike that protected Tenochtitlan from flooding and oversaw the aqueduct system that brought fresh water to the city, earning Texcoco the reputation as "the Athens of the Western World." We see the same challenge in a new medium: organizations running on outdated digital infrastructure, vulnerable to a landscape shifting beneath them. Neza AI exists to build the dikes and aqueducts of the AI era — practical, enduring systems that protect and elevate the clients we serve.

The AI Maturity Score is Neza AI's three-tier assessment of how well your website is positioned for the AI era. Tier 1 (Web Foundations) measures performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO using Google Lighthouse. Tier 2 (Structured Data) evaluates schema markup, Open Graph tags, sitemaps, content structure, and whether AI crawlers can access your site. Tier 3 (AI Readiness) looks at whether you have an AI chat assistant, smart search, workflow automation, personalization, and AI discoverability features like llms.txt. Your overall score (0–100) shows exactly where you stand and where the biggest opportunities are.
AI consultation and your AI Maturity Score are completely free — no sign-up required. For businesses that want an AI-powered website transformation, we offer three monthly tiers: Basic ($49/mo) with a conversational AI chatbot, Mid ($99/mo) with operational AI including smart search and booking integrations, and Full ($149/mo) with coordination AI across multiple systems. One-time build fees start at $1,499 depending on complexity. We also offer a DIY package ($99 one-time) that includes a full maturity report and implementation guide.

If you decide to move forward with an AI-powered website transformation, we'll put together a simple service agreement that covers the build scope, timeline, and monthly service terms. Most builds are completed within 7 business days. The process has two short human-in-the-loop checkpoints: first, a pre-build confirmation where Israel and you align on scope, branding, and content priorities; and second, a pre-launch review where you see the finished build and approve it before going live.
